Returning To Work / Co Worker Harassment Hi I was wondering if anyone knows anybody who had to take time off of work for "stress related problems" and have had problems "returning to work". Personal injury, disease, nervous breakdown, loss in the family, addiction problems, etc. In my case things started out when I was poisoned by a co worker when I was employed at Harper Detroit Diesel in Toronto in 1997. Since then I have been poisoned or drugged and people have tried to expose me to toxic environments in my workplace, without proper personal protective equipment, numerous times in the last 10 years. I am interested to see if they have run into the same types of harassment problems as me when they "return to work". I have been working thru some electrical contractors and thru some temporary agencies as an electrician. A lot of the projects are short term, a few weeks or a few months. When I start an assignment people understand that you are on light duty or are on a retraining program. Before long the harassment starts in my workplaces. Employers try to get you to work longer hours, 10 12 or 14 hour shifts or afternoon or midnight shifts. Employers try to get you to work thru lunch or miss breaks. Employees begin a program of harassment which includes really off coloured comments about mental health, sexuality and a variety of other topics, verbal threats or accusation of theft or damage to projects. Its like "lets go bug the guy with the mental health problems". There are usually never any witnesses to any of these incidences. I shake my head and ignore these people. Fortunately most of the projects I work on are short term and you do not have to spend a long or great deal of time with these ignorant people. I have never met so many trashy people as I have in the last few years, absolutely bizzare. I've asked the pertinent questions on the IA board....that response from the Health care provider is bull nuts...it's like saying your still in elementary school and they are picking on the child being main streamed....then again most people at certain social strata in this country are not very nice persons....
but the answer is yes, generally when someone has 'witnessed' or experienced an illegal event, situation, recognition of someone working the peripherals or was part of clandestine operations in the service. Your testimony can be challenged. Many of what they now refer to as "Abstract Agents" are put on the dool (SS, State or other Federal Benefits)under 'mental' problems or alcohol.drug related problem, but have their mental capacities at 100% with no problems. It makes 'entrance' to criminal elements etc. easier - you 'slip' through the cracks on both sides of the fence in the field. "Wonder if that guy was involved?" ... "Nope, just some nut case".....
There is also the possibility of : Religious BS: The 'sins of the father' that the Church uses, which is criminal and totally American, but soundly true. They will take one person from the family to 'pay for the sins' of the other family members. I don't know why any Masonic attributes would be represented by acceptance of this ..yeah, it's nuts, but I have actually had that response made to me-but the person who did was one of General Boykins boonies(men) who is now a Minister ....thus: his field nickname: Bonkers Boykins. There was a time when he looked out for his men...then again if you don't shout "Jesus" when he wants, he'll screw you over. I left a court room once and the Judge walked up to me saying: "I'm sorry, but your in the unenviable position of being made to pay for those who didn't. That's whats really going on." Fortunitely a DOS represenitive showed up...it cost me Maggie and my son.
So, I have personally experienced some of what you mention and the poisoning: Know a guy named Hank B. (one of seven names he uses) who female cousins tried to posing him at the bar they owned...but in reality: they put soap on his food as he was chasing customers away. This same character who works for the Feds in various capacities loves to 'set up' other people for the illicit things he does.......he's nuts. On a personal note: I took some samples of suppliments and sent them to AZ to be tested: Seems somene put something(incecticide) in my Creatine...umm...that's about money and Thomas E. ... as this party worked directly with him long ago in a 'babysitting' capacity. Yeah, it happens.
There is also the possibility of Theft. A person who is deemed mentally challaged can easily be conned' (thus the Federal Laws passed durring Clintons Administration reguarding the mental and physically handicapped). ...
Usually, when this happens, its a sick individule your dealing with or a 'group' which has something to hide or they have a mutual interest...as Unions, etc. and you don't plug in. Besides, if you nuts, who's going to believe you anyway? LOL. Nothing personal.
By the way, if you want to see someone who used people and was screwed over (to some degree) go to: Superpatriots.us Thats my cousin Jack..and I know he's my cousin because my Father told me so when I was in Fayetteville....LOL!
The real problem is solutions: 1. Tape recorder in locker or nearby when you leave a room to see what they are saying. Illegal, but provides peace of mind. 2. Digital Camera on personal work space....legal. I've done the first and had some crazy results...people are, for the most part, immature and irresponsible...and never left High School.

when someone new comes in with less experence and does better its a threat...today, whever anyone new is hired, someone thinks thier job is in jepordy.

I have been harassed with gangstalking and mobbing for over two years when I returned to work. My complaints led to a employer referral to company psych doctor who claimed I was paranoid. Then they electronically harassed me with microwaves, sonic waves and ELF which I measured with a tri field meter. The electronic harassment became so severe I filed a stress claim and their consult denied (even with videos of tri field meter showing exposure to dagerous ELF waves) that I was injured. He said that I hallucinated everything. I guess the tri field meter hallucinated too. I am in process of litigating my claim. It is my opinion the stalking and harassment will get worse until they drive you out of employment altogether.

I had to do a security check on a place called Berrilco in Temple, Pa. once. There were employee problems which ended up being Union problems in actuality....or they made it look that way. There was a core group of people selling a 'workers commodity', those who did not buy were harrased....but there was another problem: People were getting sick, even office personal who were seperated by glass and enviornmental system...or so they thought.
I know two people who by 1995 had passed from Berrylium poisning....it is a product which is used in Necular denators and tubing. The tubing manufactured by Carpenter Steel Technoligies of Union City NJ at the time...the componets by Carpenter Steel Technoligies in Reading, Pa...just a mile or so away from Temple.
Short of it: Berrilco DID NOT ever replace thier filters per OSHA requirements. Thus the workers and office personal were expossed to the 'fallout' of this product. 16 people had law suits and the place was closed down after that many were diagnosed with berrlyium poisning. The idiot owner simply claimed bankrupt...put it in court and a few years latter a Japan group of investors purchased it. It took them a year to clean it up.
Well, the owner had a few employees who were Bikers ... he would hire them to provoke, attack, harrass...name it...flat tires.....even put berrlyium in thier beers at a local bar...to those who were 'mouthy' about the situation and complained. Hell, everyone in town knew about it...so it was put up with his cheap ass and get a big pay check or get screwed over.....now people are dead over his actions. No real Federal suits were made, no police intervention...nothing but a report which went in a circular file I'm sure.....
Perhaps you need to re think what's going on in your workplace. Your rocking the boat has someone else parinoid it seems.....Role reversal is often a standard practice by initiators of crimes and in business scams.

Gee does this sound familiar. Made a friend at work one year. Turned out she had environmental illness. There was a person there (one supervisor in a 2-supervisor building) who had a racial problem. Well, the other supervisor needed an extra worker and got permission to get my friend from the other unit. That's when it all started and went downhill from there. My friend had no say-so in the whole affair and didn't even know til after the fact. But that didn't matter to this person. She started spraying the office with perfume, raid, anything to make my friend severely ill. Everyone knew my friend had this problem so there were no excuses. What simply floored me is the fact that even after being informed thru medical documentation, etc. it just got worse. They started resorting to 'no-smell' raid and started spraying my office a lot (unknown to me) giving me these horrible headaches (I don't get headaches unless something is very wrong). Took me a while to figure out what the heck was going on as I had no idea about my own sensitivities, and even thought maybe some of it was just in my friends mind.... So when they started doing it to me to get to her....well...like they say...nothing works like the real thing baby. I started learning about health problems. Combined with the 'new building syndrome' there a year earlier, I started putting 2 and 2 together and became a believer. The supervisor in the gaining unit thought she was a nut case. Her co-workers did too and even joined the racist in spraying chemicals all over the building and especially in her office. It got to the point she had to have an environmental air cleaner in her office and had to have her own key with only the supervisor having the other key, and to keep her door shut during work hours as much as humanly possible. People there were so rude, and ugly to her. Of course, none of them had ever been seriously ill either. That is the only thing we could come up with why everyone was acting like a horses butt. My friend was older than everyone didn't help matters. Even though everyone knew her condition was life-threatening (she had another problem linked in w/this), they joked about it behind her back and still schemed. This was about 15 yrs ago. Now there is more info out in the public about anaphalactic shock and severe allergies that kill (and more people that have them too). Yet those that have these problems have to deal with all these bozo's in the workplace. But, yeah, I have seen that 'gang-up-on' mentality played out over and over in various places as if everyone was still back in high school!
