When the president of this corporation or his wife,
the director of human resources,
decides that they wish to get rid of you,
you will notice the following and find yourself in denial about the true source of the harassment:
(1) You may receive anonymous emails threatening you.
The emails may mention threats to your job.
(2) If you post online in forums and other open venues,
you may notice a pattern of online stalking, threats, etc.
Past threats from this source have included
libelous statements about the spouses of targets,
threats against children,
comments about having access to the credit records of targets,
and many other strange and ominous postings.
(3) Other employees will assist the president of the corporation.
The most likely to assist in this unethical behavior are those who have worked with him for many years and those who feel insecure in their jobs.
Their assistance will include information gathering for use against you,
putting foreign substances in food offered to you,
stalking you at your place of residence
including peering into your windows.............
(4) Statements will be made,
seemingly off the cuff,
............................to induce paranoia.
If many such statements are made which alude to private matters in your life
e.g. the harassment you've been receiving by anonymous email and anonymous online postings,
you will try to convince yourself that it you are reading something into it,
but you will be wrong.
....................It is intentional.
(5) Your online activities at work will be monitored with the assistance of those people you stupidly trust who work in the server room.
They will gather any passwords you use on web-based forms from work
e.g. your private email accounts,
your cell-phone account if you check your bills online, and so on.
This information will be used to read your personal emails on your personal email account,
gather information about who you call on your cell-phone, etc.
(6) The president of this corporation's favorite technique for terrorizing and silencing employees is to
........................interfer with their family.
They will attempt to make you believe that your family is involved in the harassment or they will seek something about your or your family to expose
..................................in order to silence you.
(7) They will contact law enforcement to assist in the harassment.
(8) They have contacted the IRS to have ex-employees haressed.
(9) If you try to find another job,
they will interfer with the process.
Things to keep in mind.
No one who has worked for them has ever become successful.
This is true for those who have stayed at the corporation and those who have left the corporation.
Those who stay are paid low wages.
Those who leave are interfered with.
They had you sign a contract taking away your right to ever name them or the corporation in any of your writings in order to make it difficult for you to fight back against their harassment.
When their corporation started as a project of another company,
a whole car load of family members of an employee was
wiped out in a mysterious accident when returning from the annual Christmas party
........................including the children of that employee.
They have admitted in management meetings that they
............................"have taken care of"
in the mafia sense of the phrase
ex-employees who have turned them in for various legal violations.
If you are working for them,
I suggest you quietly ......................look for another job and leave.
When you leave,
do not tell them where you have gone.
If you have been using any web-based interfaces into personal accounts
e.g. banks, cell-phone, email,
change your password ....................from home,
...............................not from work,
and never access those accounts again from the office.
