Brain Scanning and Other Unethical Practices

Hello:

I am concerned about the potential for use of technology to conduct unethical research and/or influence the behavior of others through the use of brain scanning technology. I have personally experienced this phenomenon and am willing to publicly share my experiences with others. I can be contacted directly at 907.598.5433.

I also believe there may be other victims of this phenomenon in my local community. Through internet research I have become aware of various forms and methods of employing such techniques. Two different subjects I researched include Voice to Skull and an experiment conducted by the United States Navy into non-verbal communication through implanting a device into a person (possibly without their consent) to study the possibility of different forms of communication.

There may also be some type of cult influence involved. I was previously a member of a cult in Soldotna, Alaska known as the Apostolic Assembly of Jesus Christ (http://www.bodyofjesus.org/).

These people's behaviors are beyond words. The crazy thing about it is that most of them have no relationship with those that they are targeting. So when those huge lies that they instigate, literally, come to the surface. They, usually, make a fool of themselves. The network, in my opinion, is quite retarded even though they feel that they are the best thing since Jesus.

i am not nameless, nor faceless. my name is Susan Manges, and i am the victim of a nys trooper. an Aniello moscato. even though he was found guilty in 2005, he is protected, and his victim, is railroaded with defamation, lies, fabrications, and false entries into public record.

when they protect thier filth with lies, sometimes the officer doesn't have the decency to say, "Hey, Thanks for covering for me, I'll be decent from now on" sometimes the the officer is so sick, THAT he turns his gangs on his victim, lies to his own gangsgters and sends them to kill the victims family. they call this wearing me down. i call it making me mad.

are you aware that attempted murder is legal in Pennsylvania? yeah, those bullet holes in my vehicle were made by an issued ammunition. 911 did not send assistance, and the PA state police would not let me file a complaint. they feel it should be swept undefr the rug. and now they are trying to convince me i should get rid of the van. are they serious?

if i get rid of my vehicle, i'll have to cut carefully around the bullet holes to save as evidence, and they've vandalized it so many times, the dashboard lights stay lit.

I am in the Toronto area and a targeted individual for several years. I've endured unimaginable torture including sexual, druggings, syringing, emf device under my sleeping area, dog's corneas burned, woke up with disc shapes in my eyelids, and vivid surreal memories of being gang raped. I have had the same neighbours at the last 4 homes I've lived in who say it's coincidence. I caught individuals breaking and entering and after I moved, bags of old bills and work documents reappeared in my home. My computer and this phone and my partner's phone have been hacked, I caught the "neighbours" recording my phone calls and playing them for friends along with everyday conversations, videoing me through the window in my bathroom, a pharmacist switched a medication I filled with one from his car, and much more. I've heard the gang stalkers mention the name of this websites administrator too. Conveniently my last neighbours were evicted but then the unit was occupied by gang members the first week I moved in. and at the home before that, the neighbours decided to move to a bigger unit, but the apartment was then occupied by again the same gang members. I caught some of these individuals impersonating forensics officers, then they had an actual forensics vehicle drive in and out of my apartment building and they picked a package up, while these gang actors ad-libbed criminal situations that I over heard. Many of their conversations are said aloud on purpose and some have been broadcast via some 2 way clicking device they planted in the drop ceiling on the outside of my apartment wall. They have a key to my home and car. They were at my physicians office and acted out a scenario in his office, then they backed up data at the Ultrasound/imaging clinic after switching roles with the workers. I was actually there because the emf device under the sofa hurt my kidneys. If it wasn't so obvious it would be one thing, but the violent, sexual stuff is different and the fact that I don't know everything they can do to me and my family when we sleep. They use some kind of guided syringe and burning device along with snake cameras. They think much of this stuff is funny and I just can't comprehend how or why humans can do these things. I thought this was an isolated thing, now I'm seeing that gang stalkers target individuals as a career.

Those who gang stalk harass and attack with microwaves are a bunch of cowards ...bullies...The rcmp have a site about bullying. So what does the rcmp do against bullying with microwaves and cyber terrorism?

I know someone who had this done against their will and it is used as a GPS tracker among other things so this is beyond raping. It's an atrocity. So definitely governments are on the hook for this as well. I believe this person got close to crooked cops in bed with mobsters and a link to you know who. The rfid bug was turned on in kids beds when they sang lullabies to them. How sickening. I hear people went forward to disclose this including bugs in cars. This is a travesty of justice when crooked people cover up. It's an incredible story linked to a bunch of psychopaths.

Brain scanning can be done by the same technology as Apps on phones that measure your fitness or breathing or heart rate. Thus these can be abused by bad people to abuse stslk and harass a person. Microwaves aimed at houses and bodies fall under espionage spying according to military personnel. Through the wall spying as well. There are bugs that can be put in switches and plugs which resemble the same technology as apps on phones. They can also be put in cars. Disgusting. RFID chips in people would have to have a new designation under the criminal codes in all countries.

I wonder if those hit by microwaves informed police and what was their response? I would love to see examples of police with courage to truly investigate. Those who stalk harass and use microwaves are the ones to be stalked by homeland security FBI CIA RCMP CSIS etc not the Victims like Gerry Duffet or Susan Manges or TK or others who courageously reveal what has been done to them. The only good reason an IP location would be sought is to help the Victims and that would be amazing. Perhaps posters can come on and tell us if they were helped.

Low level microwaves feel like electrical impulses on your skin especially the face as they use teeth to spy. A harder dose of the microwaves would probably feel like an attack with a Dr HO EMS SYSTEM but 100x stronger then the highest setting. In your bed no doubt is the easiest way to attack with microwaves. What disgusting individuals put waves at your face to steal stuff???

Michael Storms in Toronto took a woman hostage to make aware of his being stalked by rcmp as he had converted to Islam and his passport was revoked. This stalking has obviously caused Michael Storms to go crazy. My suggestion is that if you revoke a person's passport the person should be allowed to try and get it back by attending classes to show the dangers of becoming radicalized and teach love of neighbour which would make you realize that you cannot commit violent acts against another person and no racism can be tolerated either. Perhaps if we followed the bibles advice we might not drive people insane. Perhaps if they used these spying methods against organized crime in our own backyards you might be successful in ridding our streets of slime and perhaps you might stop people from becoming radicalized by cracking down on injustice. Injustice breeds radicals. I for one would love to see a round up of mobsters put in jail without bail but not like all the mobsters in Montreal including bikers let off because the rcmp refused to say how they caught them. Mobsters should be treated like people charged under the terrorism act ...passports revoked and hefty jail time. citizens are tired of this corruption and lack of priorities set to rid our streets of scum.
